Frequently Asked Questions

Can I invite individuals from outside of my Organization and will they have access to the premium features?

Yes! As long as the owner of the project has a Premium or Enterprise account, anyone who is a member of the project will be able to access the premium features of Sysrev for that project.

Is there a limit to the number of projects I can set up?

No. Basic, Premium, and Enterprise accounts can create an unlimited number of projects. 

How much does it cost to run the auto-labeler?

It is not possible to exactly calculate the cost of running the auto labeler per se. The cost is based on the number of records that will be labeled, how many labels are activated, the amount of text in each record, and the current costs for using OpenAI's GPT API. However, if you filter your articles to only those records you intend to label and ensure that your label's auto label settings are correct (see the How to use the auto label feature page for more information about auto label settings), the auto labeler will provide you with an accurate estimate of the cost for that set of articles and labels.

Is my data made available to OpenAI for model training when I use the auto labeler?

No. The data fed into the auto labeler is not used for model development or improvement.
