Importing labels from other projects

Sysrev provides an easy way of duplicating individual labels across projects. Whether you have a label that you have created in another one of your own projects, or have found a useful label in a publicly shared project, you can import the label into your project with a few simple clicks.

First navigate to the Manage -> Label definitions tab of the project that contains the label you want to reuse. Next, click the Share icon next to the label of interest.

A pop-up box should appear containing a label code. Click the copy button to copy the code to your clipboard.

Go back to your current project. Go to Manage -> Label definitions and click Import label. Paste the lable code you copied in the previous step and click Import.

You should now see an exact replica of the label in you project. Note that in order to edit the label, you must Detach Label at the bottom of the label editing window. Keeping the label attached means that any changes made to the original label will be reflected in the attached label. By keeping labels attached, the data extracted across projects with the same label will be consistent.
